CANCELLATION
You can cancel your orders that you place incorrectly or give up. If the product has not been shipped in the cancellation process, the entire fee will be refunded by the method you perform the transaction. If the product is shipped, the shipping fee is deducted and refunded.
RETURN
Any problems you may experience with the products you have purchased are evaluated by our relevant departments and resolved as soon as possible.
The product(s) to be returned must be sent to SIRMA İTHALAT İHRACAT LTD. ŞTİ Bebek Mahallesi Cevdet Paşa Caddesi No:46/4 Beşiktaş/İstanbul address together with the delivery note and all copies of the invoice documents.
The return process is 15 days after the delivery of the product to you. Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted. For the return process, the Shipment Waybill and Invoice of the product must be sent.
If the products are sent in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amount will be processed within 7 days. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank.
The product to be returned can be received by the cargo companies we have contracted. The return of the products received by any cargo company and the transportation cost will not be accepted.
General return conditions are as follows;
Returns must be made with the original box or packaging. Products whose original box/packaging has been damaged (for example: products with a cargo label pasted on the original box and taped with cargo duct tape are not accepted). Returns of products that have lost their resalability and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. You must send the original delivery note and invoice (all copies) together with the product you want to return and a petition containing the reason for the return.
