You can pay for the products you have selected on our website by adding them to the order note in the payment section. In addition, if you want to pay by remote payment method, our sales consultants will help you.

Is it safe to shop at Sırmaison?

When making a payment, the information about your credit card is encrypted and automatically reaches the bank where the payment transactions are made and authorization is received. During this process, your information is only sent to the bank.

Your identity information you provide during membership registration and shopping is stored in accordance with the membership agreement and is protected under the Personal Data Protection agreement numbered 6698.

What are the return conditions?

From the date of delivery of the product you purchased 7 working days You can return it with your invoice. The original packaging of the product must be intact and unopened. The product protection tape must not be opened. Product label and logos, if any, must not be removed.

We do not accept returns of products that have lost their resalability, products that cannot be purchased by another customer, and products that are specially produced or customized.

How long does it take to receive a refund after a return?

After your return cargo reaches our warehouse, it will be checked whether the product meets the return conditions and an information e-mail will be sent to you about your products that are eligible for return and the product price will be refunded to your credit card within 10 days. The time for your refund to be reflected on your statement varies depending on your bank.
