Paris cutlery is a silver-plated set that owes its name to the city that its designer Alberto Pinto chose as the place of creation and where he claims to have found the most talented artisans. Alberto Pinto was a great collector and decorator, an explorer of styles, a traveler of time, creating universes charged with memory, subtly drawing from history and cultures. This fruitful relationship, born out of his passion for the table arts, evolved into his collaboration with Ercuis.

To create this iconic cutlery, Alberto Pinto chose to reinterpret a great classic motif of French silversmithing: the "ruban croisé" (crossed ribbon) pattern that wraps around the handle. Inspired by the 18th century, Alberto Pinto chose this design to create a work that is both modern and classic, entirely in the tradition of French decorative art.
