Ibis Vase

Part of Lalique's Ibis collection, this vase is made entirely of crystal and was first designed by René Lalique in 1934, then reproduced in 2010.

This object bears on its surface a depiction of Ibis, a mysterious and sacred bird. According to legend, Ibis captured the mysterious moonlight during his journey and gave it to the Ancient Egyptian god Ibis, who gained wisdom and knowledge.
