The Latitude collection is one of Ercuis' most lauded collections because it combines elegance and solidity. Its creation was in response to the search for verticality in service pieces that was unprecedented at the time. Latitude's unique and original design, made of metal wire material, gives it lightness, elegance and robustness. Most cutlery pieces are crowned with the collection's signature two intertwined metal rings. The emblematic piece of Latitude is the cake stand, decorated with 12 or 24 small plates, whose lines are directly inspired by the shape of a birdcage.
